Operátor ICT, a.s. is a municipal enterprise that primarily secures agenda and manages Smart City projects, consultancy in ICT and implementation of ICT projects for municipal districts and other municipal enterprises.
Operátor ICT is a joint-stock company that was formed by renaming the company Operátor OPENCARD, a.s. that was established by accepting Articles of Association by a single founder, namely the Capital City of Prague in accordance with provisions § 8 and § 250 of the Business Corporations Act and § 59 of the Act on the Capital City of Prague during the Municipal Council meeting of the Capital City of Prague dated 27 February 2014. Subsequently, the company Operátor OPENCARD, a.s., Company ID no. 027 95 281 was incorporated in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Entry: 19 676

The registered capital of the company amounts to CZK 100,000,000.00 and was fully subscribed by the founder, CZK 100,000,000.00 of which (i.e. 100% of the subscribed registered capital) was paid as at 19 March 2014.
The only current shareholder is the Capital City of Prague.
