End-user device management

Within end-user device management, our team particularly makes sure that the Prague City Hall users can every day fulfil their job responsibilities and that they do not have to deal with problems concerning the technology they use at work.

Our activities include:

  • HW/SW problems diagnosis and their subsequent solving
  • Toner cartridge replacement
  • Reinstall PCs
  • Migrate users to new PCs
  • Cooperation during migrating core applications of the Prague City Hall

Within the Prague City Hall, we provide support for approximately 2,500 users across 24 locations (e.g. Škoda Palace, Business Centre Vyšehrad, New City Hall, etc.)
