The Moje Praha app was published at the beginning of the year 2018 to provide the citizens with a quick orientation in the urban space. Based on location services the app allows the user to find key points of interest in the immediate surroundings including pharmacies, playgrounds, or municipal district offices and their agendas. It also offers a communication channel of the Prague City Hall towards the citizens.
The second phase of developing the app was finished in the further course and it brought UI optimisation and also new functionalities. User personification is planned with the help of a merge with the PID Lítačka app by the end of the year 2019 as well as the preparation of a pilot project for booking an appointment at selected authority offices.
The intention of the subsequent development of the Moje Praha app particularly concerns the area of e-government services, checking-in at individual departments of the Prague City Hall or municipal districts and generally simplifying the movement of a citizen in the urban space.
